I bought myself nice starter AMScope stereo microscope with continuous zoom 20x to 90x.
The digital camera is Celestron 5MP USB camera. I added a adjustable level LED light ring to complete my digital microscope rig.
This is first ‘real’ microscope I’ve purchased capable of capturing digital images. I own about small Celestron handheld digital microscopes which were cheap and fun to play with.
Here is the first batch of images I’ve taken with my AMScope microscope. Field of View (FOV) various between 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm in these images. Here is nice article on how to calculate field of view from from Sciencing.com
